Like lots of Human Beings, I’ve had my fair share of the ups and downs on the emotional roller coaster we call life!
But as somebody famous once said: - “We are spiritual beings having a human experience”
In my almost 50 years on planet earth, I’ve discovered that it really is an inside job, that ones outer life is a direct reflection of one’s inner life.

I now work as an energy healing therapist specialising in mantra meditation, mantra japa, Reiki, and EFT (Emotional Healing Therapies as founded by Gary Craig)
