Learning The Biosound Method in person:-
Course Details
Instruction of The Biosound Method takes place in three sessions over 3 consecutive days, or on a weekend workshop.
Each session is approximately two hours
in duration. The first session is always a one-to-one instruction where you
practice The Biosound Method for the first time; in the two subsequent sessions,
the complete Mechanics of the technique are explained in detail, and the people
learning get to practice The Biosound Method together.
Because it is convenient for most people, the course usually starts on a Tuesday Night at 7.30pm, with follow up sessions held on the Wednesday and Thursday Evenings also at 7.30pm.
Weekend Courses start on a Friday night at 7.30pm, with follow up sessions held
on the Saturday and Sunday; both of these sessions start at 11.00am.

By the end of the course you will have all the knowledge and experience you
need to practice The Biosound Method on your own at home; you have learned a
technique, not become part of a group or organization. However once the basic
course has been completed there is a thorough and comprehensive optional follow-up
and support program.
The first three months follow-up is regarded as part of the initial course and
is covered by the fee that you pay to learn The Biosound Method.It
usually includes one meeting every month. These meetings ensure that you are
self-sufficient in the practice - that you are practicing correctly and are
enjoying the benefits.
After this there is a continuing on-going program of Biosound meetings, weekend
courses and advanced courses, for those who wish to participate. However once
you have learned The Biosound Method it is essentially something which you can
do on your own.
Course Fee: € 300.00. This includes instruction and as much follow up as
is required for the first 3 months.
Here is an outline of the Course:-
FIRST SESSION
Individual Instruction. A 2 hour long session which includes a detailed questionnaire
to determine the selection of the most suitable Biosound for you? In this session
you will learn the basic principles of the technique, the use of Biosounds,
and the purpose of Biosound Meditation. You will receive your personal Biosound
from a certified Biosound Meditation Instructor and will be instructed in how
to use it.
After instruction, you will practice the technique for about 20 minutes.
SECOND SESSION
Basic mechanics of Biosound Meditation. During this 2 hour session, you will
review the practical aspects of the mechanics of the technique, share experiences,
and ask any questions you may have. Your Instructor will follow a simple reviewing
procedure to ensure that you are practicing Biosound Meditation correctly.
THIRD SESSION
Perfecting the practice of Biosound Meditation. During this 2 hour session,
in depth detailed mechanics of the technique will be explained, and your Instructor
will verify the correctness of your practice of Biosound Meditation, and outline
the optional follow-up program. You will also receive an audio of the essential
components of The Biosound Method to ensure that your practice is smooth, comfortable
and effortless.
